About the certifier’s accreditation:

Building Certifiers are experts who have been accredited by the Passive House Institute to certify Passive House buildings, EnerPHit retrofits and PH Low Energy Buildings worldwide. You can register to the certifier's course below.
Please note that registration is only possible for selected candidates. You can find more details about the accreditation and the application process here.

About the course:
This edition of the course will be a combination of online and in-class sessions:

September 20 – online: kick off session
September 29 – in-class: Day 1 + Building Certifier’s meeting
September 30 – in-class: Day 2
October 4 – December 6 – online: weekly 2-3 hr. sessions every Tuesday.

Online sessions are planned to start at 2pm CET. Please note that these are preliminary, subject to change.

In-class sessions will take place in South West College, at their Passive House Premium Ernes Campus in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland. These sessions will follow the Passive House Camp, an event for Passive House stakeholders starting on September 26. Selected candidates are encouraged to join the events for the whole week, but only required to attend on the course days. A detailed program of the Passive House Camp will be provided to selected candidates.

The course fee includes course materials, and exam fee.

Registrations are binding and will be processed in the order in which they are received. The number of participants is limited.
An invoice will be issued after successful registration. Only those who have paid the applicable fees in full will be admitted to the course.

Cancellation of registration:
Only cancellations in writing will be accepted.
All cancellations made before September 1, 2022 will incur a € 150 processing fee.
Cancellations made after September 1, 2022 will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total registration costs.
The participation fee is to be paid in full in case of no-shows or cancellations after September 25, 2022.

** Cancellation, limitation of liability**
In the event that the Building Certifier course must be cancelled (a minimum of 9 participants is needed), the participants will be notified immediately and will be reimbursed any participation fees already paid. The liability of the organisers is limited to reimbursement of the participation fee.
