Here you will gain advanced competence on these three topics:

• Module "Site Supervisor":
  Get in-depth training on construction site topics for complex and large residential and non-residential Passive House and EnerPHit projects.

• Module "Commissioning":
  Learn how to ensure a successful commissioning of Passive House projects to guarantee an implementation of the design on the construction site without performance gaps.

• Module "Navigating Passive House certification":
  Get familiar with the Passive House building certification process to be able to achieve it effectively and cost-efficiently for your projects.

Taking the full course will best prepare you for the Construction Verifier exam - the prerequisite for the additional certificate "Construction Verifier" for Passive House Designer/Consultants.

Taking the module “Site Supervisor” will best prepare you for the Site Supervisor exam - the prerequisite for the additional certificate "Site Supervisor" for Passive House Tradespersons.

Taking the Site Supervisor and/or the Construction Verifier course will grant you valuable credit points that are useful for renewing the Passive House Designer/Consultant and Passive House Tradesperson certificates!

Note: An additional certificate can only be issued if the main certificate is valid (Passive House Designer/Consultant or Passive House Tradesperson).
Please renew your main certificate if it has expired.

Early Bird
Register and pay before 01 September 2022 to get up to 15% early bird discount! iPHA members get 10% discount while students get 50% discount. The discounts cannot be combined. The highest possible discount will be granted.

Cancellation Terms
Course / exam can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the course / exam starts. In case of later cancellation, 50% of the fee will be charged.
Cancellation or termination after the start of the course / exam can not be considered. The same applies in the event of non-appearance without prior cancellation.
Cancellation of the course / exam by the Passive House Institute: Should the course / exam be cancelled for an important reason (e.g. illness of the course instructor or insufficient number of participants), the course / exam fee will be refunded in full. Other possible costs incurred cannot be
